Our Multi-Phase Certification Process 

Every WBN Certified Professional™ has completed a rigorous, multi-step recruitment and vetting process that guarantees they meet our high standards. 1. Initial Screening

In the first step, we evaluate candidates for their overall fit for remote work, ensuring they understand the demands and responsibilities of working in a virtual environment. This phase assesses candidates’ work style and habits, focusing on how well they adapt to remote settings and whether they exhibit qualities essential for virtual collaboration and independence.

2. Communication Proficiency Evaluation

Candidates are required to submit their EFSET scores, a standardized test that measures English proficiency in reading and listening, to verify they possess advanced skills. Additionally, they complete a video test, where we assess their spoken English abilities to ensure they can communicate clearly and effectively.

3. First Interview

The first interview goes deeper into their experience with remote work, their adaptability, and their alignment with our values. We also verify they have at least two years of experience in the role they’ve applied for and check their job stability.

4. Skills Assessment

Candidates must pass a customized skills test tailored to their specific job role. Whether they’re applying for a role in marketing, logistics, or billing, we test their abilities to make sure they can handle the job’s demands from day one. For example: 

  • Executive Assistants: Assessed for time management, organizational skills, and multitasking, etc.
  • Project Managers: Evaluated for task coordination, team collaboration, and time tracking, etc.  
  • Marketing Specialists: Tested on social media management, content strategy, and email marketing, etc.

5. Second Interview

This interview goes further into the candidate’s past work experience, verifying their expertise and ensuring they can deliver results at a high level.

6. Comprehensive Background and Criminal Check

We conduct thorough reference checks and criminal background checks to ensure the candidate is reliable, trustworthy, and meets our standards of integrity. We speak directly with previous managers to gather detailed insights into the candidate’s performance.

7. The Seal of Approval

After successfully completing this vetting process, the candidate earns the WBN Certified Professional™ seal, which is then placed on their resume and LinkedIn profile for clients to view before their first interview.
