CATALYST Integrators® is a firm that supplies fractional EOS Integrators™ to companies running on EOS. They pride themselves on providing a high-end, VIP experience to their clients. So, as CATALYST scales their business, their leadership team must continue to provide that premium experience to their clients while making time for business growth activities. The only way to support that internal growth is to off-load administrative duties, primarily from their Visionary, Jamie Munoz.
A longtime follower and evangelist of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), Jamie knew the value of having an assistant. EOS principles such as “delegate and elevate” emphasize the importance of investing your time within your zone of genius – not on tasks that can be done by others. So, Jamie knew she needed to get out from under repetitive tasks.
Within a span of three years, Jamie tried multiple assistant models in an attempt to find the right fit. First, she tried someone she knew who had a few hours to spare, which quickly proved to not be enough time. Then, she hired an agency who helped show her the power of a good assistant, but they were only affordable part time. Next, Jamie tried another agency in hopes of having an easier time finding someone. However, she got discouraged by the lack of professionalism of some of the solo assistants and agencies, as well as the time constraints they seemed to have. She often got the feeling that CATALYST was one of many clients that an assistant was juggling and had to wait days for responses.
After the frustration of exhausting so many options, Jamie decided that CATALYST needed a more permanent and reliable solution.
