3.1 English-Only Environment Policy
It is part of WBN culture to encourage diversity and inclusiveness in all its corporate pursuits. This includes respecting the right that every individual has to use their mother tongue. However, there are circumstances when WBN requires that all WBN Certified Professionals™ and staff members communicate or take direction and guidance in English.
This English-only policy addresses those circumstances where English-only rules must be observed due to business necessity.
Procedure

English will be used when communicating with clients, co-workers, and WBN staff members. Clients who express a preference for another language are an exception to this rule.

All task directions and work directives will be provided in English.

Work-related e-mails and other communications on Skype that involve company information, work-related matters, client communications, specific work teams or projects, and other business-related group activities, will be in English.
All WBN Professionals and staff members are expected to comply. If you have concerns or questions, please address them with your Success Coach. WBN always values and appreciates your attention to this policy.
