Before a client even comes to us, their potential future hire is being evaluated.
That is because all WorkBetterNow applicants are put through a rigorous, proprietary screening process called Top Talent Filter™ to help our clients get the best talent available. With over 4,000 applications received every month, only the top 2% of candidates make it into our talent pool of WBN Certified Professionals™ .

The Most Critical Piece of the Puzzle: The Consultation
Each business’s hiring needs are one-of-a-kind. Many hiring agencies or remote staffing agencies may ask for the name of an open position, i.e., a “Marketing Coordinator” or “Executive Assistant.” Then, they’ll just copy and paste a job description from another client onto that open position at a different company.

At this point, in a traditional hiring process, an agency would normally select a handful of candidates to interview for the role. Sound simple enough. But WorkBetterNow’s PrecisionMatch™ Process changes the game.
Step 1: Targeted Job Posting
Thanks to the previously mentioned filtering process, WorkBetterNow is able to sort our talent to match the desired candidate described by the client. This filtering process not only sorts candidates by hard skills like education or industry experience, but also by soft skills like organizational or communication skills.
Once WBN’s expansive talent pool is narrowed down to fit the client’s description, our team shares the job posting with those qualified candidates. At this point, it is up to our talent to let us know if they feel enthusiastic about the available job and the client’s vision and values. Step 2: Interview
While many applicants often opt-in to a job posting, only the top three candidates based on their qualifications make it to the interview with the client.
With a typical interview process, you may have various interviews scheduled on different days with candidates in different stages of the hiring process. It can be difficult to keep track of them all.
That’s why WBN schedules three candidates for you within the same 60-minute window. That way, the client can most easily evaluate the talent all at once.
Step 3: Post-Interview Feedback
After each interview, WBN gathers feedback from the client. Our team also does a “temp check” with the chosen Certified Professional. Again, we’re ensuring every step of the way that the talent is on-board, enthusiastic and aligned with the role and the client.
